For attestation services on all personal and commercial documents :
- 1-Documents must first be attested from the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign affairs, consular section:

- 2-Transfer the attestation fees to the embassy account.
- 3-Follow the timings of submission and receipt.
Submission: from 9:00 am to 1:00 PM
Receipt: next day from 9:00am to 4:00 pm.
- 4-Please call the Embassy consular section for information and clarification.
- 5-The Embassy will not accept commercial documents from company representatives without authorization letter from the company.
Services for Qatari citizens:
In case of loss of any personal documents ( passports, ID cards ..etc), the citizen must file an application in the nearest police station, and call the embassy for assistance.
