His Excellency Raja Dato’ Nushirwan Zainal Abidin, Deputy Secretary General (Bilateral Affairs) Ministry of Foreign Affairs, met today with His Excellency Fahad Mohd Kafoud, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Malaysia. During the meeting they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries.
