The Right Honourable Mr. Lim Guan Eng, Chief Minister of Penang, Malaysia, has met with His Excellency Essa bin Mohammed Al-Mannai,  Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Malaysia

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them.
